By accessing or using RanGen Studio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RanGen Studio is an AI-powered pre-production and storyboarding platform designed for filmmakers. The Service provides tools to generate visual assets based on user-provided text, scripts, and World Bible parameters.

3. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

RanGen Trademarks: "RanGen Studio", its logos, branding, and original site content are trademarks and intellectual property of RanGen Studio. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the original text, scripts, and concepts you upload to the Service.

AI-Generated Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the policies of our underlying AI providers, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, commercial license to use, reproduce, and display the visual assets generated by the Service based on your prompts.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, non-consensual, or highly explicit NSFW content.
  • Violate the copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties (e.g., generating deepfakes of real people without permission).
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or maliciously exploit the platform.
  • Abuse the generation APIs to bypass rate limits or cause denial-of-service to our infrastructure.

5. "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) Clause

If you utilize the BYOK feature to connect your own Replicate, OpenAI, or Google API keys, you are solely responsible for all charges incurred on those third-party accounts. RanGen Studio is not liable for API overages resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. RanGen Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including the loss of project data.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
