How to switch between projects and organizations

RanGen Studio supports both multi-project pipelines and multi-organization team workspaces. You can effortlessly switch between client workspaces, studio teams, and individual film productions without logging out.

Switching Organizations (Workspaces)

An Organization represents a collaborative studio account with its own team members, billing plan, and shared projects.

1. Look at the top-left corner of the left sidebar.
2. Click on your currently active Organization name (next to your studio avatar/badge).
3. In the dropdown menu, select any organization you belong to, or click + Create Organization to establish a new team studio.
4. Switching organizations immediately refreshes your project library, active seats, and team access.

Switching Projects (Active Film Productions)

When working inside an active project, you can jump directly to another film project from the header bar:

1. Locate the Project Selector Pill in the top navigation bar (adjacent to the RanGen Studio logo).
2. Click the project dropdown arrow to open the quick-access project list.
3. Select any project from your recent list to switch immediately, or click All Projects to return to the global Project Dashboard.

Quick Navigation Shortcuts

• Return to Dashboard: Click Projects in the left sidebar to see all productions organized by creation date.
• Direct Project URL: Every project has a unique permanent URL (e.g. /project/[id]), allowing you to bookmark specific productions directly in your browser.
